LGBTQ+ Health & Safety
Resource Guide

Services available in Cabell County, WV

Seeking safety from domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, or human trafficking can be complicated, and members of the LGBTQ+ community often face added barriers to safety. The Cabell County STOP Team wants you to know we recognize those obstacles and want to honor your experience. Services are available today, and advocates can help you find your path to an individualized safety plan. Remember, you're the expert of your situation, and you know what's safest.

We're here when you're ready to talk through your options and to walk with you on your journey.

Health

We are aware that many of these medical providers are not broken up as whole medical groups and providers. This is a direct reflection of the spirit of the LGBTQ+ Resource Guide and how it was created.  These practitioners were recommended directly in the survey as vetted, safe individual providers.  As we receive more of these recommendations and they are vetted through the Huntington Pride board approved process, we will add them!
