If you’re thinking about calling our 24/7 confidential hotline, you may be feeling anxious or unsure about what to expect. We want you to know that you are not alone. Our trained advocates are here to support you, listen to you, and help you explore your options—without pressure or judgment.

Available Anytime, Always Confidential No matter when you call, day or night, someone will answer. Our hotline is available 24/7, and your call will always remain confidential. You don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable with, and you can remain anonymous if you choose.

Understanding Your Situation When you call, an advocate will ask a series of questions designed to understand your unique situation. These questions may include information about your safety, your concerns, and the person causing you harm. We ask these questions to better assess how we can support you and connect you with resources that may help.

No Pressure, No Judgment We will never tell you what to do. Our advocates will not pressure you to leave a situation if you are not ready, and we will never try to convince you to involve law enforcement. You are in control of your own choices, and we are here to help you explore your options in a way that feels right for you.

Creating a Personalized Safety Plan Your safety is our priority. Depending on your current situation, our advocates may ask about any immediate risks you may be facing. If needed, we can help you create a personalized safety plan tailored to your needs—whether that means planning for a safe exit, identifying trusted contacts, or exploring available resources.

You Are Not Alone Calling the hotline is a brave step, and we are here to support you at every stage. Whether you just need someone to listen or are looking for resources and guidance, we are ready to help.

If you or someone you know needs support, call our confidential hotline anytime. You deserve to be heard, supported, and safe.
